So far, this has been a highly questionable experience. There is a major issue with my payment: I paid a $5,000 down payment, but nothing is showing up in my account with Westlake Financial, which still reflects the full balance. They have been dragging their feet regarding my inquiries; it has been over 30 days and I still haven't received a response. I have already filed a fraud complaint and am now planning to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
