My Alvarado concierge Art was awesome. Super informative and professional. Even though the car arrived later in the day than expected, he was apologetic and we weren't rushed at all. COVID sanitation precautions were a plus as well. Will be recommending shift to family & friends for their next car! Thank you!!

I would never recommend this place after what these people turned out to be very careful unless they want to lose their money,,, The one who owes nothing is afraid to hear I'm going to take the car to a private mechanic, I'm going to report you to the DMV.... They take your car in less than 24 hours after the purchase that means that something is not right... then repeat continuously that you go to collect your money alone and say that he does not refuse to give you your money but the reality is that you have gone 7 times and the 7 times he hides or is not even he made the appointment for Monday and then for this day... and what do you think he refused to deliver what does not correspond to him.. do you really want to live this?

Horrible customer service. Seems like I didn’t belong there. Went in to purchase a car but the attitude and service was so bad I wouldn’t spend a penny. I would give this place a zero star and highly recommend not wasting your time.
