Esther & the whole Eden Motors family made my car buying process so easy. I’m usually not the easiest customer to deal with but Esther was so patient & answered all my questions thoroughly. She helped me narrow down the different cars I had in mind & provided me with all the pros & cons for each car. I felt that she was very genuine & wasn’t trying to just make another sale but she wanted to get me into a car I would love to drive & not get bored. I bought my first car from Eden Motor Centre, and I feel very disappointed with their service. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the condition of the car. Their engineer clearly told me that there were no problems and everything had been fixed. Based on this, I trusted them and decided to buy the car. They also provided an engine warranty, which made me feel more confident. However, within just one week, I noticed something was wrong. I took the car to a repair center, and they found that all the engine mounts were damaged. When I went back and explained everything, they refused to take responsibility and said this issue is not covered under the warranty. This is very unfair because I was clearly told that the car had no issues before buying. As a first-time buyer, I trusted their words, especially the engineer’s confirmation. Now I feel misled and frustrated. I strongly believe customers should be given honest and accurate information. My experience with Eden Motor Centre has been very disappointing, and I would advise others to be very careful when purchasing from them.
