The salesmen here are great...very friendly and they try to give you what you are looking for. Same goes for the owner and his brother they are great people always greet you when you come in to make a payment. Now while all of this is great the customer service at the front desk where you make your payments is not that great. I've been coming here for the past 3-4 years and most of the girls here are nice but the girl named Nina in particular always has a bad attitude and seems like she's mad at life, she just has the worst customer service. Besides that this is a great place to buy a car. I haven't had any problems with my car and I've had it for about 4 years!
I had a good experience. Shaun was very helpful. I got the car I wanted, and yea I had to put down $2200 but if your credit isn't great then you can't really argue. My monthly payments aren't bad either. I would recommend trying them out.
Do not go here. No longer open. Now call Car World in Hawthorne the customer service sucks the cars are not well and I just don't recommend this place shop around before you purchase a car used or new
So disappointed! I had a major problem with my car after only a year an half. Went to see if they could help me an was told yea we'll help go get a estimate. I did an still nothing,I called GM 4 days later an was yelled at as if I was a kid! Please I don't care if you have Bad credit don't go there. Not to mention they Don't check there cars they just Buy them put them on the lot an resale! I returned car back to them!
I went there today; I haven't purchased a vehicle yet, but I wonder if I should...the salesman I met today is Mario. I honestly did not get a good feeling, neither did I get a good impression from him. He was cut dry and straight to the point, not open, and not much trustworthy to me. I have that "something" when it comes to reading people...not judging, but picking up a few things from people, and I wasn't too convinced by Mario or the staff. I told them I would be back, but I am not so sure...
