Exceptional experience! I came in to do a test drive, and decided to make a purchase. Rosa and the team here is so professional, thoughtful, and did everything they can to make the process extremely smooth. I feel they had my best interest in mind, and it's night and day from the traditional negotiate with the used car salesman kind of thing. Very transparent, Very professional, Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next car!

Loved the relaxed friendly atmosphere compared to dealerships. They don't push any one model. Damion Reyes my salesperson was wonderful. Being I'm an older female and took along my boyfriend he talked to me and asked what I wanted in a car, what I liked about in cars I've been in, what I don't like and most of all what I don't want. He narrowed it down took me out brought the cars to me handed me the keys and told me to go for a test drive. I was thrilled to death to pick a Chevrolet Equinox being I was a Ford girl since 1986 I was shocked that I chose a Chevy but it had everything wanted. No pressure, no going back and forth. The down payment is what I wanted to put down and the monthly payments was less then what I had been told by the dealership I had been at prior. So glad I got to meet Damion and the young lady that wrote up the contract. I highly recommend Carmax. I also sold my other vehicle to them before even going there to buy one. Another no hassle. Try them you might just be as happy as me!!

My experience with Carmax was excellent. Carmax moved the vehicle I was interested in from another store to the Palmdale location quickly and efficiently. The car was exactly as advertised with no issues or concerns. The salesperson I worked with was personable and competent. Overall my car buying experience was excellent and was completed without issue.

First time buying car from a dealership. I had a good time test driving the vehicles and was informed what I was getting into. Paperwork was pretty streamlined too. The only compliant I had was the limit on how many car you can test drive. It’s limited three per day. But I can still return the car I bought if I really hated it. I got a 2021 Mazda cx9 loved it. The only thing that could top it would be a newer model with a luxury trim

Carmax sells lemons. In 2023 I bought a 2018 BMW with only 47k miles on it. Thought I got a good deal. Working from home I barely drove the car. Two years later the BMW was at 56k miles and the BMW started leaking coolant. I bought the warranty when I purchased so I took it in. They said they are booked 6-8 weeks out and advised I go to another auto shop to avoid the wait for appointment. I decided to schedule and waited. Like I said I barely drove the car. The kept my car for a week, just to have the problem return 2 months later. The BMW dealership I take my BMW to sent me a video that showed a ridiculous amounts of coolant leaks throughout the cooling system with a hefty estimate. I thought I was happy with my purchase, now I see I was a sucka! I even recommended my mother go Carmax, what a MISTAKE! The first car she got was a lemon, she had to return it after 1 week of leaving the lot , due to mechanical issues. They convinced my mom to purchase another vehicle and leave them the lemon. Only to have that car’s catalytic converter go out 18 months later. 3k for replacement. The car is on the driveway not running while she is still making payments. Car not with no car to drive!
