Review for Supreme Motors – Ask for Sammy and Mo I had one of the best car-buying experiences of my life at Supreme Motors, and that’s saying something considering this is a used car dealership. Sammy and Mo set the standard for what honesty and customer care should look like. Sammy is straightforward in the best way. He’ll tell you how it is, no games, no sugar-coating. He communicates directly, makes sure you understand everything, and you can tell he genuinely wants you to get the right vehicle. Mo is just as solid—patient, kind, and never pushy. He won’t let you make a poor choice, and he takes the time to walk you through options without trying to upsell you. What really stood out is that both of them make an effort to get to know you—your situation, your budget, your transportation needs—so they can put you in the vehicle that actually fits your life. They went out of their way to address a couple of issues on the car before the sale, and they handled everything exactly how a customer would hope. Let’s be real: with any used car dealership, the cars are sold as-is, so you should always do your homework and set realistic expectations. But these guys…they do everything they can to get the cars right before handing over the keys. They care about their reputation and about keeping customers happy, and it shows.

What a headache I bought a van from here and the 1st maintenance both motor and transmission oil were BLACK! It was nothing but pushy they got our $$ and stop all services never gave us our tags after 6 months of owning the van and now they have our phone number blocked. If I could give them 0 stars I would they took advantage of our situation of needing a vehicle. They said their famous punch line "everything is getting taken care of" the biggest lie this dealer gives people

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! Do not buy your cars from this shop. Unless you like businesses that don’t follow through with business, such as extending warranties, and or if there is a mechanical problem that they will not make sure to have fixed. We paid cash for our car and it seemed as if once we paid for the vehicle, they were just wiping us under the rug, never replying to texts or phone calls. If I could give a lower review, I would give it! We had to come into their office every time we needed to speak with somebody in person every time we’ve had every excuse under the sun for why they don’t follow through with what they need to do!

Friendly sales people until they have the final payment. The car had issues they knew about because we told them. I went from texting once a week to waiting a month for a response, nothing, no reply. I had to go in there and sit for almost an hour waiting for them to finalize The extended warranty that I had for almost 2 months with no explanation on why and when I get the information the salesman use the excuse that they had a family member die, (he told me the same thing 2 months ago) It’s such a shame to have your father‘s legacy being dragged through the mud. I would not buy a car here and we did have money to buy another car. If it was possible to give a lower then one star I would. I’m not the type person to leave a bad review but when your being ignored it’s hard not to be made

Bought a Ram truck from Supreme motors back in July. Nothing but problems with this vehicle. Please please please learn from my mistake and have the vehicle looked at by your own mechanic before purchasing from any used dealerships but mostly Supreme motors. Within the first week we had to take the truck to their mechanic at A1 Alignment. After picking up the truck we shortly noticed the issue was not taken care of. Because the salesmen’s at Supreme seamed to really care about the issue I stayed patient because the reassured me they would make things right and get the vehicle fixed. We gave them the truck back to take to another mechanic. Come to find out the had the truck diagnosed at another shop but took it back to A1 Alignment to be fixed because they guaranteed the work. After getting the truck back the issue again was not fixed. They refused me the diagnostic paperwork. I took to my mechanic at American tire depot and they refused to do any work and advised me to take back to Supreme Motors. Now I was frustrated and had a discussion with the salesman at Supreme that I felt was very rude on his part. I stated I felt I was being scammed because the issue wasnt being taken care of at the shop they kept taking it to plus they refused me the diagnostic . The salesman became rude kept repeating himself saying “what don’t you understand” when I told him that A1 isn’t cutting it. I then took the truck back to Supreme at this point they had it for a week. During this time they took it back to A1 Alignment. For the 3rd time. I finally called A1 myself and the mechanic stated he is working on the truck blindly. He told me Supreme Motors told him he could not diagnose the truck and to only repair what they told him. They had him replace the oil housing unit but keeping the old sensor. I broght this up to Supreme then the owner finally got involved. Once again stated I would be taken care of and then ordered a new sensor and requested I not contact A1 anymore and if I had questions to call Supreme motors. But here is the problem yes they make you feel like they care BUT their communication Sucks!! They never call back when they say they will. They still to this day won’t share the diagnosis or paperwork of what was done the last time A1 had the truck and the truck still is not fixed. I also learned that they buy their vehicles from the Action. I would stay clear of this place at all costs.
