Every salesperson made the experience very personal and explained themselves so well. Their waiting area is also very comfortable and cater to those inside waiting. I recommend all the way!

Really good experience with Eddie “Big ED” Morales and Mario at Auto Dealz of Fresno. Both were super transparent with us and made me and my family feel comfortable and like a priority throughout the whole process. We actually left the dealership that morning and went to check out another place, but we just didn’t feel as comfortable with the process or the way they did business. Meanwhile, Eddie followed up with us even after we left and never made us feel pressured. That honestly made a big difference and ultimately brought us back. Definitely a different experience compared to some of the other dealerships we visited. Really appreciate Eddie and Mario for being straightforward with us and taking care of my family!

Osvaldo doesn’t honor his commitment and the rest of them will follow the same lead. They lied about parts they said they would install and made every excuse in the book, before I bought the car I did inspections and told them to fix the front bumper lip they said ok no problem and only pinned up one side they replaced the windshield but didn’t put the mirror back on correctly it’s loose and wobbly the detail on the car was ok for the instead they said they would detail the whole car but that was a lie the outside of the car definitely wasn’t detailed at all they detailed the engine well but the outside of the car horrible left a vinyl stick on the back of the trunk I asked can it be removed they said yes but just peeled it off didn’t buff off the shadow of the vinyl after removed moral of the story is don’t come here trust me had to give yall the real the buying process was easy I will give them that but overall experience thumbs down they may get everyone else to give positive feedback but im going to give the real feedback everytime
