I’ve had my car for a few months now, and it’s been a great vehicle! The buying process was straightforward, and the staff was helpful throughout. The car has been reliable and runs well. I’ve also received lots of compliments on it!! Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, I had a good experience here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.😊

Nice people and seemingly helpful and professional. But I have to be honest and state what happened. And if they want to make it right we are here and they know my #. They sold us a 2019 Ford Escape that appeared to be like-new and we got it for 3500 with a trade in value of 2000 for minivan that was in good condition. Good deal right? Wrong. We haven't yet driven this car in 2+ months as its been in the shop this whole time. It overheated catastrophically the very next day. While K&G did offer us a $1,000 refund due to the extent of repairs - at the time we only knew it was the engine block - but that nowhere comes close to repairing the financial hardship this has created for us. We ended up having to sink $10,000+ into this car to replace the engine block, the cylinder head, and the catalytic converter, all the while being seriously handicapped in our life having only 1 car... So BEWARE! They don't do their due diligence on cars in stock and you are truly risking buying a LEMON.

Bad motor and transmission & PCM issues within 1-2 weeks of purchase, wish I could get my money back. Was even told it had a new battery that was 5 years old and that it ran strong and a reliable car! My car still has the temp tags and the jeep dealership has confirmed this car to be bad motor and transmission issues. I’d visit other lots before this one and make sure their warranty’s are more settling on top of purchasing a car before coming to this lot! I’ve sent messages to see what they could do & I haven’t got a reply either and it’s within the same month of purchase! I wasn’t completely informed about the car and the amount of issues and history this car had would have been something I’d like to know when purchasing.

These people sold my partner and I a car that has A WHOLE LOT of problems and does NOT run anymore. Was told nothing was wrong with it and ready to drive. Within a week, the car broke down and doesn’t want to turn on. Wasted over 1000 on trying to fix the problem at different mechanic shops and now at another dealership due to not figuring out why it won’t turn on. We messaged Brooke back to see what we can do and she never got back to us. I wouldn’t trust these cars unless you’re bringing professional help to come look at the car with you.

‼️‼️WARNING‼️‼️ Don’t buy here! They sold our family a used vehicle with nearly $10,000 in transmission and engine repairs along with other issues. They will not give you your money back and they will not make it right. Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned cash! Now they are trying to silence our entire family by not allowing us to state FACTS on this Google review! Instead of doing their customers right they will stop at nothing to silence them!
