For my second purchase, Grand Luxury Autos, went above and beyond to find the vehicle I wanted, made sure it fit my budget, and millage of preference. DO NOT EVER go to Grand Luxury Auto in Springdale. It is in fact NOT a luxury. We were sold a faulty car by the owner who knew it was not sellable and was recommend to fix it first or make the new owner aware of the problems. In 24 hours it was no longer running correctly. We were not made aware of the issues. We tried calling for a week to get a hold of the guy and was intentionally dodged (as told by someone who works with him). We were put off for a week before a mechanic could even look at it. Then, we were lied about it being checked and fixed. We had to fight and fight to get our money back after being lied to and ran around in circles. It took a lawsuit being mentioned for us to get reimbursed.
