bought a 2018 f150 king ranch that was over priced, was the most base package king ranch with the 5.0 L engine, 10r80 transmission. i looked at it and sounded fine. when i came to purchase it had a slight tick and they told me that the warranty i was paying for would cover it. 10k miles later, the trucks transmission is completely gone, timing chain gone, all types of stuff gone. they told me theyd cover the non functioning sync radio but only covered 200 ish dollars of it. ford dealership os charging me around 2 grand to get it fixed. tried to resolve the issue with them and they sent me to their “trusted shop”, they tried to tell me that the truck hadnt been serviced because it wasn’t showing on car fax. i own a mechanic shop and service my own vehicles, i have documentation to show the services JUST for warranty. i took my truck back to my shop and took the job on myself. the warranty company they provide doesn’t seem like they really want to cover the work due to the hefty price of it. overall just a nasty business. if the warranty doesn’t cover the truck i will be taking legal action because even with a “no warranty” signature, theres laws that protect buyers from things like this. absolutely ridiculous. dont do business with them. have failed to resolve or offer any solutions to this problem.

They scammed me and lied. First, I said I did NOT want to purchase an extended warranty. They said it didn't cost anything it just comes with the purchase. This was clearly a lie. I was charged $1,996.00 for a warranty they won't honor. Go buy a vehicle someplace else- Liars! Ten thumbs down! Now I have a car payment for a broken jeep three months after I bought it.

Well advertised price went from 7900.00 to 11000.00 when they found out my credit not perfect. Seem most dealerships are doing this now.
