I purchased a car from Josel Mendoza and Mark Greer less than 24 hours later the transmission went out. He never mentioned any issues or mechanical problems before selling it to me. I tried reaching out and gave him a chance to make it right, but nothing was done. This experience has been extremely disappointing and costly. If no action is taken to resolve this, I will be moving forward with all legal remedies under lemon laws and consumer protection rights. I’m sharing this so others are aware, please be cautious and always double-check the vehicle’s condition before buying.
