This business is perfect but not perfect! I bought my car from them. I had problems with my car and had to get the fixed. He has no mechanic on duty. The only thing that made me ok with paying for my problem is every dollar I paid on my car went toward my principal balance. I was able to pay my car off in a year's time. I bought a 2016 Malibu, which is a very nice car. But he would have a major amount of business if he was professional in the way he does business. For example hire a mechanic and guarantee his cars. Take care of your customers. I simply don't get it. I know for a fact that no one wants to be stuck in a three or four year contract with some finance company. It's sad how you pay the nterest before you touch you actual principal balance.

We stopped at a few dealerships looking for a decent deal for my son his first car. We found what we needed and got in and out in a decent amount of time. The place definitely doesn't look like a traditional dealership, but we also weren't bombarded by salesmen. We were helped by two people the entire time and we liked it that way. Our son now has a car and we can stop the crazy car hunt. Hooray!

I bought my car from this place almost 2 years ago. When I initially bought the car they stated their mechanic would fix the passenger side door mirror as the back cover was missing. They said to just call before hand. So, that’s what I did. I dropped my car off and after 2 days the mechanic “still hadn’t come in”. I took my car up there on several occasions in the late afternoon with an “oh our mechanic hasn’t showed up today”. When I purchased the car ($6,000), I signed paper stating that this company would send my title to the state revenue office once they received same. It took me 1 year to get this title from them, because when I went to renew my tags I found that my file was put in suspense over them not receiving the title. I called this company and was told “um we’ve been waiting on you to come get it”. First, that wasn’t the deal, second why would you not call me and tell me you’ve received the title and I need to come get it? Shortly after buying the car I had to put it in the shop. I don’t remember what the problem was, but it was an easy $200 fix. No big deal. Then the turbo rod went out $300. After replacing the brakes on the car I find that they have put the wrong brake caliber on the drivers side $100. Now, my car is “dying” for a split second while driving on the interstate. I took it to the shop who informed me that they would not test drive the car until the control arm was fixed. Apparently, it has been bent since I bought the car. $150 Then I discover the wrong rotors are on the car $400 There was also wire damage $400 Now it’s back to the shop for the dying problem! This company is rude and unprofessional. The owner is a great guy, very nice, but he needs to fire his employees. If you’re not looking to buy a car then they just run away from you in the parking lot. The ladies inside the office are rude and disrespectful. They know nothing about professionalism. Obviously, they don’t have a mechanic or they pay one to not work. This is the worst place to do business with.

I didn't think all these reviews could be accurate. I just figured disgruntled people who don't know how to look a vehicle over was the problem. I drove from north of Cabot to view an SUV. I called before I left and was told the truck would be there. I showed up and had to wait 30+ minutes to view the truck because the owner was daily driving it. When he did show up, they wouldn't even allow me to unlock it and view the interior because his stuff was in the truck! So, there was absolutely no way they were going to let me go for a test drive. The truck showed up muddy, with large clumps of what I would call field grass stuffed in all the nooks and crannies. I'd say the truck was being 4-wheeled pretty hard. But, the fact that they didn't even try to clean it up for a potential buyer, along with the other BS they pulled told me they had no interest in making a sale. Then, they tried to push 2 other similar models on me that were in much worse condition. Believe the reviews here, people. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while, but day in and day out, this place is garbage. The absolutely intentional waste of my time was a joke. They had ZERO intention of selling the vehicle they knew I was coming to look at. Disgraceful. I should have heeded the reviews.

horrible just horrible. People work too hard for their money to get scammed out of it by these people. Manager is very unprofessional & has a bad attitude. There's no mechanic on duty(let them tell it). The owner is never around, or has no information to get in touch with. I paid $2000 down on a car that was financed for $7700. The inside of the car was very raggedy, the front seats were cloth & the back seat was leather, there was no middle console(i was told that i had to go buy it myself...mind you i put $2000 down), the a/c didn't work after 2 days, the car started jerking after about 2wks, & sometimes wouldn't start. I am a college student that works & goes to summer school, so i needed transportation bad, so i went & got the a/c & some other stuff fixed that the car needed. End up costing me another $1000. After a month with continuous problems out of the vehicle, i decided to take it back to the car lot because i wasn't going to put anymore money into it. Asked the manager could i at least get half of my down payment back or get in a different ride, the answer was no. I left that piece of junk up there with them. I hope don't any other hardworking young students become victim of this company. Be careful people
