I had an unexpected engine malfunction in my Jeep during my trip from Indiana to Texas. Luckily this dealership was just a few minutes from the hotel I was staying at. I called their service center and explained my situation and they were very kind and were able to get my vehicle looked at and the issue resolved within a few hours. We purchased it a few months from Fletcher Dodge in Jonesboro. They got it from a different dealer when we picked it up. We knew they didn’t check it over good when we picked it up because the rear seatbelts had been chewed in half. Come to find out the transmission was completely full of water. Well it went out and Michael had it towed in for warranty. They refused the warranty even thought the service manager said it was most likely sold to him like that because they never checked it out. Michael tried talking to the general manager about it. He told him that he would check into it and call him back. Needless to say he was never a man of his word because Michael never got any calls from him. Anyway the Jeep’s fixed now and I have to pay the $4600.00 to get it out for him. I know Michael wants to fight this so let me know who you think could help us please. Michael passed away before he got his jeep out. When I went to pick it up they would not even talk to me. They sent a new girl out with the keys.
