Michael Tunstall is the man to see! I had an excellent experience working with my car salesman from the moment I walked in. He was professional patient and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale he answered all of my questions clearly explained to every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision what stood out the most was his honesty and attention to detail. There was no pressure. Just great customer service. The whole process was smooth stress-free which is not something you always expect when buying a car. I truly appreciate the effort he put in to make sure I left happy if you’re looking for someone, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with a highly recommend him I would absolutely buy from him again.

Got a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica, I’ve had it for approximately a week and I love it. Everything is perfect about the vehicle the inside was in perfect condition the outside was just as perfect as the inside there’s nothing wrong with the car as far as mechanical problems. Michael Tunstall as my sales representative and he was great walked me through every step of the paper work and made it so I understood it. I had a great experience buying my first vehicle from Bayird dealership in Jonesboro, AR back in 2018—no issues at all, and the service was wonderful. That’s why I returned in November 2025 to buy another car from them. Unfortunately, this time has been completely different and very frustrating. Right after purchase, we felt the loan wasn’t handled properly, resulting in much higher monthly payments than expected. Then, less than six months in (March 2026), the car developed serious mechanical problems costing around $15,000 to fix. Thankfully, the warranty covered almost everything except about $100 out-of-pocket and a full week in the shop. But issues kept coming: the hatch stopped working (not covered by warranty), and just recently, after getting it back, I drove it a short distance and suddenly lost all power. Every warning light on the dashboard lit up—it’s completely unsafe to drive now. I’m extremely upset and feel like I got a lemon. I just want a reliable car that runs properly, especially after trusting this dealership based on my positive past experience. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend doing business here for anyone expecting dependable vehicles and smooth processes. If you’re considering buying from Bayird, I’d suggest getting everything in writing, double-checking financing details, and being cautious with recent models.
