Jason was absolutely great to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before making my decision. What really stood out was that he even came up to help me on his day off just to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend asking for Jason if you’re in the market!
Our sales person was jason he is a honest and amazing guy help us find the right vehicle and didnt rush us and worked around our schedule if anyone needs a car or a truck jason is your guy
Chris Lane went above and beyond to find me an anniversary edition mustang in the color I wanted. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him in the last 3 years and my mother has purchased 1. We could not have asked for a better experience with any of the purchases. Chris has always made sure I’ve gotten exactly what I wanted. I’m a car girl and extremely picky with high expectations and Chris Lane and Central Ford always exceed my expectations.
I recently purchased a 2025 Ford F-250 from Central Ford in Truman, AR, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Chris Lane was phenomenal — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect truck. What impressed me just as much was his staff: every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and eager to assist. From answering my questions to making the paperwork smooth and stress-free, they worked together seamlessly to ensure I felt valued as a customer. Thanks to Chris and his incredible staff, I drove away not only with a truck I love, but also with the confidence that I chose the right dealership. Central Ford truly sets the standard for customer service!
