NEA Used Car Factory

I wanna take the time to say what a very amazing car lot this place is not only did they help me get a car but they went above and beyond for me even working after hours and texting me to make sure we got the car we won’t not only that but they went to bat with the financial company to make sure we got the deal we won’t 100% highly recommend this car lot mile went above and beyond

I bought a gorgeous 2021 4x4 Jeep Wrangler Sahara at NEA Used Car Factory. Salesman Roy and the team were Amazing! I am a very hard customer to deal with. They rewrote the deal a minimum of six times, called several lenders, and stayed over two hours past closing time, until I was totally satisfied with the interest rate, payment, warranty and everything. The whole time bringing us cold drinks and keeping us comfortable. Definitely five stars to Roy and the hard working team of people at NEA Used Car Factory! Great old time friendly service that you won't find at the big car dealers in town. I highly recommend NEA Used Car Factory.

I told the salesman that I still owe a little over $7,000 on my car over the phone and they said they could work with that and help me pay it off and give me a new car told him I wouldn't have the down payment until a certain day they said come on down and we'll work something out or they get down there and I find out that the salesman didn't listen and that they were trying to pick a car for me instead of let me pick a car what kind of salesman picks a car for you what kind of car lot picks a car for you so if you go be careful be on your toes my experience I'm not happy with it all
