RD AUTO SALES LLC

I’m so absolutely impressed with Rd Auto Sales!! I stopped in yesterday and was met by Rhonda, she was the most amazing and helpful person I have ever come across in the sales industry. She was patient and understanding, while I struggled with technology… lol!! I highly recommend Rd auto sales for your car needs. I know I will be a returning customer in the future.

They made it super easy to buy a vehicle from them by bringing it to us!! Good service and would recommend!

We rented a u-haul from here and we loved it

The owners went above and beyond to make my truck deal go thru and with a very smooth process! I highly recommend RD Auto if you looking for a used vehicle!

Bought a pick up on Dec 27, 2024, it is now January 29, 2025, I have driven this truck less than 300 miles, most of that is home. This truck had stop leak put it, heater core was plugged up, water pump had leak once system was flushed and bearings going out, thermostat was out, heater fan made noise but blows no air, the truck was advertised as having 165k miles when we looked at it, it had 169K miles, Richard drove this truck 4K miles and I ask him point blank about the ac/heat system and he said oh yes works good. Well my belief what he says is non existent. Called 2x and it is always excuses. The last conversation he even said he had the truck checked out, checked out would have known the coolant was full of stop leak and 4000 miles he would know if the cooling/heat system worked. My belief in what he says is ZERO, I would not recommend or trust this place. OH and under the seats are soaking wet, I am afraid to guess where the wet carpets came from. He dresses up the cars to look nice and has the good old boy act down pat but that is all it is in my opinion is an act. Rip OFF RD Auto Sales, Used care sales man does not even start to describe this company and I gave them a chance to make it right and nooooo. Trading my Jeep to them for a 2015 Dodge Ram pick up cost me $15,000, Lost the equity I had in my jeep, put 2500 in repairs to the truck still not fixed, not to mention bought a warranty that they did not disclose if you cancelled cost $50 to cancel, plus sales tax and fees, They seem nice up front but all changes if there are issues, and yes I reached out angry, I had every right to be!!! NO good rating from me, vehicles are shined up and look good but don't be fooled and trusting like I was. Thank goodness for Bill White Volkswagen for getting me out of the truck, I may have lost money but I can sleep at night, these people should be ashamed of themselves!🤬 OK Now let add to the review, RD Auto Sales sells warranties through ASC Auto warranty, ASC is as big of rip off as buying a car, ASC refunded my money to RD Auto Sales, with the expectation that RD Auto Sales would refund my money. The truck was sold to ME not my husband but Richard will only talk to my husband., apparently with expectation that I follow orders or something!!! Ultimately this post is because Richard will not send me my refund until this post is taken down. Don't buy this warranty, if you trade off the vehicle you are at the mercy of RD Auto Sales to send you your money back. I am already out $15,000 what is another $904. RD Auto Sales was given the opportunity to make this right and this post would have never happened.
