Came here to pickup a GMT400 Bob was willing to accept a cash offer for about 1/5th less than the asking price which was nice. Later got home to find that the car has had a brand new alternator put in, brand new Starter, brand new battery both upstream and downstream 02 sensors and even front and rear sway bar end links and an idler arm. To put that much work into an old 98 4x4 and sell it off for under 5k is beyond me, would definitely buy here again.
I tried to trade my car there. At first, Bobby, the car dealer said I could trade my car and get some cash. I said I would purchase another vehicle. He agreed to monthly payments after the initial down payment. Then, reneged on the deal when he spoke with VJ, his cousin. He lost a customer and increased income coming in. I will never go for a car there, ever again. You cannot trust them. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS OR THEIR CARS! 2 years ago, I gave a bad review and now today.
I drove 2.5 hours to buy a 2014 Hyundai sonata. Before leaving Missouri $4000 was the price agreed on I got there the windshield was busted and a code for camshaft timing was pulling up when I hooked up my code reader. After test driving and finding the window was broke went in bobs office did some negotiating he said $3700 and I could take it. He leaves the room makes a phone call comes back and says $4200 is his bottom dollar and refused to sell me the car. Don't waste your time or money buying from here.
My sister was shown a black, Mazda CX-9, so beware if you are looking at this vehicle! Bob and his son-in-law assured us this was a great car, owned only by his family. It had a cracked windshield, which would have to be repaired at some point. My sister was going to be responsible for that. The check engine light was on, which no one mentioned. Bob is a fast, slick talker and tried to get my sister to sign the papers right then, assuring her that was a great deal. He wanted her to pay him $4200.00, but was going to give a receipt for only $3995.00. Thankfully, we didn't do it!! We took it to a trusted mechanic who told us he couldn't tell why the engine light was on, or if there were any leaks or problems because the engine had been cleaned and waxed, concealing any issues. He could however, tell us that the vehicle had been wrecked and had a very thick layer of bondo all down the side that was separating and that the whole side of the car could fall off at any time. We took the vehicle back to this place, handed the keys back and told them we wouldn't be taking it. He asked why, so we told him about the wrecked side, at which point, he SUDDENLY remembered that someone hit a deer!! This guy is shady and dishonest! He also never offered a car fax, which is a red flag! I DO NOT recommend even walking through his door!
Me and my friend drove all the way to this car lot from Oklahoma City to buy a car from him to find out by the grace of God that she made it back home in the car. It was missing expensive needful parts under it. Please do not buy from him. She still hasnt got the title.
