We just got a 2007 Jeep Liberty with 100,000 miles and we are in love with this dealership. Chuck worked with us on our down payment and understood we could only make our full vehicle payment once a month as we're on a fixed income. We accidentally made a mistake and pulled onto the property and we were in a semi so we started to turn around and the guy came out so we explained that we pulled on to his property by accident, then I asked if it was on to turn around to get back on the rode! He says no!! So I said u won't let me turn around to get back on the rode I said OK, I mean he could have been helpful and nice!but instead I had to call highway patrol to come and stop traffic to back my semi up into the interstate safely and legally! When I ended up being late to my drop off! If he was nice I could have turned round got on rd safely an made it on time!but no thanks! Not helpful or nice

Cheap as people will ILLEGALLY repossess your vehicle for being a week behind on payments then not allow you to get your stuff back! Wasnt even my car but I'm not aloud to have my personal belongings. SMH

If I could I wouldn't give a star they put our vehicle in the shop for some major problems they fixed one we got it back then we had to find out about them not fixing the vehicle all the way we had to fix that issue and we payed them 365 and they came and repod the vehicle
