I went to Crain Kia of Fayetteville at 2277 Foxglove, accidentally. It was the absolute best experience buying a car I have ever had. I am 64 and I will buy my next car here on purpose. My salesman Tree Scott heard me. He asked all the right questions and we test drove the cars he thought would fit. The sales manager Chip Elliot and the finance man Ty worked and worked till the deal was right for my needs financially. I felt comfortable every minute. You are really treated like family. After the deal,I went to KIA school and learned about my car with a very knowledgeable Sochi and left on a five hour trip. 39.9 miles to the gallon in my new hybrid Sportage! It was a fantastic drive. I could not be more pleased. The service department already scheduled my first service. I really have no worries. We had a great experience with Roddy and his team! We went in just to look around and left with a beautiful brand new car. The one I wanted wasnt on the lot but they had to me in less then 48 hours, fully detailed and full of gas. Roddy was awesome to work with, he had great energy and was fully upfront with everything we had going on. We will definitely use Crain Kia for our next purchase!

I couldn't be more happier going with this fantastic team. I was just in there to test drive one because I was dealing with another dealer. Chip and Roddey went above and beyond to get me into a comfortable vehicle. I am disabled and have to lay down quite a bit on trips and they seen the difficult situation I was having. They were able to get me into something comfortable and in my payment/ price point. If you want a great deal on a vehicle come here. If you want caring non pushy sales team. These two are it! I am a 70 year old, disabled, Vietnam era veteran on social security and hence my wife and I live on a very fixed income. I had been doing my due dilligence researching SUVs for literally 2 years. We had intended to just look and test drive one of KIA's Sportages when we made our appointment with Tree. Tree was very attentive as he listened to us as we explained our wants and needs. It took longer than anticipated, but we ended up making a deal. As I told Tree, after all things were said and done, we would not have stuck with it had it not been for him.
