Car-Mart of Rogers

My experience Car-Mart Rogers was top notch! Michael the assistant manager all the way across the board to finance, the GM and the other staff to take care of me. They were really flexible and working with me on the down payment. The process from start to finish was quick, easy and genuine!

For the most part from start to finish, working with car Mart, and it’s employees was easy, they were very friendly and helpful, only had one small bump in the road, but, won’t hold that against them. Christie was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to help us get a car, then, Matthew picked up exactly where she left off. He was helpful, very friendly, never once talked down to us or made us feel like we were a burden to him, even though we knew he was about to get off work. Matthew made the whole process of filling out paperwork, easy, was a nice relaxed atmosphere, lots of smiles, And we were even able to joke around with Matthew. So a big thank you to Matthew and Christie, for all their hard work, kindness. Working with the two of them made the drive from Fort Smith well worth our time and effort

Anytime I have any problems. They are quick to help me and answer anything I need. I have had nothing but a good experience and I do appreciate all that they have to offer. I have enjoyed my car and I will always refer them to other people.

I recently paid my car off from Carmart, and had to visit this location for the first time two weeks ago. Upon entering this location there were a ton of employees and the manager, who were all lovely and checked on us consistently while we waited. However, the woman running the front desk area was extremely rude. I stated that i was there to get my GPS tracker removed as I had finished my loan, and was met with immediate attitude from this woman. She spoke to me as if it was my first day on Earth. She explained that it would take up to 10 days for my payment to clear, and i understood that. She couldn't grasp the concept of a different Carmart location (I originally purchased my vehicle from Conway) mailing the title to this one. Im not the type to complain or write reviews on the internet, and if this was a one time case I would've ignored it and moved on. Cut forward to this afternoon, I finally had a moment to stop by to grab my title after getting a voicemail confirming that it was received here. We walked in this afternoon, and was met by the same woman. We explained that we are here looking for the title that got mailed in, and it seemed like there was some misunderstanding between what we were explaining and what she was hearing. She started questioning me and asking why the location sent it here instead of to me, (how would I know?) , seemed completely irritated and inconvenienced by the fact that I was there to collect it, and seemed like she wasnt going to give it to me because I happened to not have my vehicle with me to get the GPS removed (which if thats policy, I understand completely, but that wasnt explained to me at any point). Once she found my title (which took less than one minute to find) she grabbed it and made a comment about how it doesn't matter anyways (in regards to my car not being here) because I "finished paying it off right?" in an extremely snarky way, and tossed it at me underneath the glass. She finished it off by saying "Congratulations" and it was dripping with sarcasm. Both interactions were extremely frustrating because I am genuinely at a loss for what I did to deserve this service. If you dont like your job, then quit girl. I will not return to this location for any future purchases OR GPS removal since it is such an inconvenience to her.

So disappointed with the service we experienced at this lot. I have purchased many cars with car mart over the last 10 years. I needed to get a larger vehicle and came straight to the rogers lot. After looking at cars for over 20 minutes not a single person came to talk to us. We finally went it to get someone to help. The young lady walked out with us I explained that I had purchased many cars, what my max was, and how much I wanted to pay. She flat told us that the ones I was looking at were slightly over my max and there wasn’t anything she could do. She didn’t even try to sell a car. They apparently just want those cars as show and don’t really want to sell them. Don’t waste your time at this lot go to Fayetteville.
