I was able to get most of this done over the phone, by email and after work I was able to come in to test drive, sign documents and get insurances in less than 2 hrs. Jorge Sanders at Chapman Palo Verde location has been my go to with every vehicle purchase for the past 10 yrs. He goes above and beyond every time go go and purchase a vehicle from him. He is very honest, reliable and dependable with all your financing and insurance needs. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and when my older children were ready to get their own vehicle he was there to help them with their first vehicle. We are very disappointed with my experience here! We bought a car, not to long ago, the second day we took it home the check engine light up! We put the computer on the car, and boom, several things came up! We took it to the dealership, they just changed the fuel pump. They stayed with my car for a week! We were on top of them with the calls Because they wouldn't make a "courtesy call" after a week we went for it and after driving away 10 minutes, the check engine light up again, we drove back again and the car stays there for more than a month! They took the car to another dealership to see if they could find the problem ! We talked to several employees to see if we could swap the car, but the only answer they would give us were to wait until the other dealership find the problem! My first payment was due in 5 days and we still didn't had the car! Calls after calls, they didn't had answers and they were ghosting us on not answering our calls or voice mails! We were feeling frustrated due to the fact that they were working so unprofessional We had no choice but to contact the VP of the CHAPMAN!! We had to explain everything from the beginning and he immediately took actions toward this! I am very THANKFUL to this person for helping us in resolving this issue in less then one hour! Thanks to him we are driving another car! (And yet, they don't know what's wrong with the old car.... Some of us can't afford to buy a NEW car, either for low credit or not enough for good down payment, and we go here because we trust them! They are here to help? Not in my case! Had to take other actions so things would be fair!!!! Thanks to the VP for resolving this issue!

I am very unhappy with my experience here! I bought a car from them on 8/30/25, I’ve had to take my car back 5 times! It was 2 weeks after I got the car my AC was blowing hot air. I had to take the car & leave it for the day so they could “test” it, long story short I had to leave that car for a couple days twice! Mind you they don’t provide a courtesy car so I had to take an uber/lyft & rent a car which came out to about almost 1k on my credit card because they didn’t do their job the first time inspecting the car. It ended up needed a whole new AC compressor and some other part where they had to remove my whole front dash according to the service manager - Adrian. It was a very crappy job to say the least, they scratched the inside of my car & there are lose pieces. He told me he needed to talk to the tech but with it being Christmas he would get back to me after the holidays, never once did he reach out to me. I had to be the one contacting them. All he said was to bring it in which is unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location at all.
