I just purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer, Blake was great through the whole process. We had communicated for a few months before I was ready to make the purchase. They are very up front and educational throughout the whole process! Thank you Blake and Byrider!

Chris in service department the manager is awesome took care of my air bag issue and made sure everything is all good to go. Really appreciate everything Chris and his team has done for me. To resolve my airbag light issue kept me in the loop. Keep up the great work guys.

So I want to give a huge shout out to Louis!!! I came into buyrider in serious need of a vehicle to get back and forth to work and he was absolutely amazing! He made it happen for me with a very small down payment, he answered all my questions and every time I have called him he has responded very quickly! I now have the car of my dreams!! So thank you very much byrider for getting me into a great vehicle and thank you Louis for making it happen!

My boyfriend and I went in on Friday to try to purchase a car for me to use while he’s at work so that I have a way to get around with my two kids. He works, I don’t. I pay rent with the help of section 8, he doesn’t. We were told by Blake that they do in house financing and they don’t do credit checks. Both statements were completely untrue. They did a credit check on him and were going through a lender. When we talked to someone else, he was completely rude. When we told him that my boyfriend has moved in with me, he said he’s made stupider decisions and isn’t completely comfortable with selling us a car because, and I quote, “what if you break up in 3-6 months?” First of all, how is that any of your business? Second of all, the credit check? We were told you wouldn’t do that. And when my boyfriend went into detail about everything that you asked about, you were very rude and dismissive about everything he said. Then proceeded to say you’d have to check with your lender and see if THEY would approve us. They wouldn’t. If you do in house financing, you shouldn’t be going through a lender. You said you’d do a budget, and when you did, you refused to put down that he doesn’t pay anything for rent because you “can’t leave it blank” which is stupid. He doesn’t pay rent. I do. Then you want us to cosign. Then you tell us that we can’t use it for commercial use, i.e. DoorDash, Lyft, uber, Uber Eats, etc. How is it your business what we’re using that car for if we’re buying it from you? And then tell us you’re going to repo the car if we don’t answer the phone or are a day late with a payment? That’s bs and unacceptable. We will never be back to even attempt to buy a car from you guys. We’ll happily go through a new car lot before going through you guys again. NEVER go to this company. Especially because I’d never heard of this company before Friday.
