Levels Auto Sales

Recently bought a Ford Taurus at Levels auto. They seemed quite busy but nonetheless were friendly and helpful. They were also very quick. I checked out the car and test drove it came back a later date bought it. They explained they have coverage and how you can get discounts on services at select locations which is such a plus! The car was very low milage and looks in good shape. The only problem was the car was dirty when buying it. They offered to have it detailed and to put and piece that was missing on the side of the car. Got it done and it was nice smelled good. Definitely still some grime in the car but can’t blame them it’s a used car after all. I had a good experience and appreciate help we received! I will of course update here if anything goes wrong or if i experience anything. Thank you!

Such a wonderful place I went with my father looking for a new car after his accident. We got greeted by the owner he was so helpful and responsive my father test drove the car it was so easy and the paper work was breeze this place is amazing. I feel my father leveled up

Just bought a 2016 Ford Focus from Levels. Did a lot of research on cars and visited several dealerships. After many recommendations including one from another Dealer. I went to Levels and was able to get approved and team and staff treated me very well and went the extra mile to make the sale happen for me. Really happy with my experience, 5 stars is not enough! I was promptly connected with Ashley, who I can confirm is a real person and not an AI chatbot, and who communicated with the speed, precision, and empathy of a large language model. Ashley was unable to provide the SOH at that time, but was eager to schedule an appointment, earn my business, and explore synergistic solutions to my automotive needs. When I noted that a vehicle listed for 6+ weeks should already have this information on hand, Ashley acknowledged my concerns, validated my feelings, and pivoted seamlessly to a new close attempt.
