I had financing so I was in and out in less than 3 hours including my test drive. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I assisted my son and his girlfriend in the purchase of a vehicle here that started on a Saturday (Holiday at that) and was finalized in no time at all! Hector was incredibly helpful, kind, courteous as well as patient. While this was a cash deal, and took a few extra days to complete, Hector was available each and every time a phone call was made to him and was on point each time. In my years of dealing with car dealerships, I have to say this was by far the best experience ever for a used car lot. I highly recommend Hector and the team there if your looking for a used car. Also, if you do your own homework as your should when buying any used vehicle from anyone, they also worked with us to get a pre-purchase inspection done, which says a lot for a car lot as most of the ones went to did not agree to us doing this. My son had the car almost the entire day to get this process done and they did not pester him on when he was coming back. To me this says a lot about their confidence and integrity.

Jacob and HD are awesome. Super friendly and outgoing, once I showed up to the dealership they made me feel welcomed. Both very informative and helped me get a car right away. Definitely recommend this place!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM DESERT DIAMOND MOTORS. UNETHICAL, DANGEROUS, AND CROOKS. They will act incredibly friendly, personable, and like your best friend just to get a deal closed and take your money. The exact second a problem arises, the mask falls off. My car broke down on day 21 with a completely ruined AC loop that clearly should've been inspected before selling a vehicle off lot. I held up 100% of my end of the bargain and spent over $700 out of pocket to bring brand-new parts to their shop after the manager, HD, explicitly promised in writing that they would cover the labor. Once the parts arrived, HD the 'manager' turned into a petty, unprofessional nightmare. He tried to cut corners to basically ruin the new parts by doing a half job ,moved the goalposts of what his mechanic was actually willing to do and what they'd pay for knowing any real reputable dealership would take care of their paying customer, and then demanded a $200 ransom for labor that already in writing promised for free. When I caught him dead-to-rights lying about the parts with a photo of them literally sitting on his desk. As well as trying to scam me for used parts claiming his mechanic's diagnostic was only for one piece of the set. The price he was charging me, I purchased a brand new whole set for. He threw an immature high school tantrum because he couldn’t handle being called shady. He has repeatedly argued with me over the phone, issuing multiple threats, and throwing a temper tantrum when held accountable to his own text messages. I even reached out to the owner of the whole business Seyed Hosseini he had absolutely no care or remorse or recourse for the situation. Absolute garbage human beings running a predatory lot. Avoid them at all costs I didn't read the reviews before going and Let me be a warning for you all DO NOT SHOP THERE.
