Recently bought a 2010 E350 for a conversion van father/son project. Both Hamid and Brian are professional, very knowledgeable and just nice guy to deal with. Once we decided on which van, let me repeat, we decided, we weren’t sold or pressured which unfortunately is common place these days. And Brian did a great job explaining all the finance details and what my son needed to do to qualify. Approval in an hour or so and driving home later that day. On the drive home I noticed a windshield chip getting ready to run and also no spare tire which is mounted underneath. I called Brian the next day and not knowing what to expect but thinking I was going to get the normal response of “well you bought it and should of checked closer, sorry”! But instead I got “call this guy and he’ll repair the chip and tell him to bill me” and “let me see if I can locate a spare”, they’re hard to find but he searched and found one and my son picked it up and we’re golden!!!! Five Stars!!!!! Fabulous dealer and would recommend to anyone!!!

Bahram is a very great person. He will definitely stand by his word. Overall the environment and atmosphere is a great place to be especially while buying a vehicle. Very reliable and honest the lot is mixed with different style vans and trucks with Lots too choose from.

Nice vehicles and good people. I recently bought a truck from here. I had a 6 hour drive to get it home. The truck did great. Dane was awesome to work with and made the paperwork simple and easy. I will definitely do business with them again when buying trucks.

I'm an out-of-state buyer who flew in from Colorado with the intentions of buying a truck from All Models Cars and Trucks. I spoke with Dane many times about the truck and it's condition. Dane was well aware that I was coming from out-of-state, and was nice enough to pick me up from the airport, but the niceties ended there. After I finally drove the truck, it was very obvious that Dane misrepresented the trucks condition. The engine misfired, the driver door banged loudly driving down the road, the check engine light codes were cleared before I showed up, and 3 of the 8 side doors were inoperable on the service bed. Interestingly, Dane word-for-word told me over the phone just days prior that "all the side doors work." When I arrived and they clearly didn't work, I brought it up a couple times to him in person, and he actually told me "you can say that again, but it doesn't change anything." Integrity matters, and this dealership lacks it. Dane will tell you what you want to hear just to get you in the door. Beware. Know who you are buying from.

I wish I were leaving a better review as our transaction with All models cars and trucks started off great. I purchased a 2015 Chevy 2500HD. 3 days into owning the truck I felt there was an issue with the transmission and asked it to be checked out. I brought the truck in the following day on a Saturday, and it was returned the follow Tuesday with “no issues and they couldn’t duplicate the problem” drove home and still had hesitations going into reverse.Dane then offered me a month warranty on just the transmission, Dane also said that if it needed to be rebuilt the transmission would have a 1 year warranty through the company that rebuilt it. 2 days later the transmission when out completely. They picked up the truck Friday afternoon. No updates until I called Monday morning around 11 and they said the transmission was out of the truck and I would get an update the next day, Tuesday. I received a surprise call that Dane was outside of my residence asking where he can put the keys, not even knowing if anyone were home and without touching base ahead of time. Fortunately someone was home and able to take the keys. I stopped by the dealer on my way home from work to ask what happened to the transmission, what was done, and where. Dane was unable to answer any of these questions other than it was messed up, and it’s good now, while looking dumbstruck. I guess he was caught off guard as he said later on the phone. I then asked for paperwork reflecting the transmission work and the 1 year warranty. He then said that it would not be a 1 year warranty it would only be 6 months, unlike what he told me days prior. He then said he would email me “something”. To my surprise he called me a couple hrs later saying that there would be no warranty on the transmission rebuild and there would just be the standard 15 days or 500 miles. I then texted him saying it unfortunate he was dishonest and had gone back on his word. (For someone to rebuild a transmission and not warranty it for 6 months just shows that they do not trust their own mechanics or workmanship and don’t care about their clients, just the sale).His response was “ you can bring the truck back and get your money back, you have 15 days 500 miles. We took the truck back without hesitation. Do not buy from All Models Cars and Trucks!
