BEWARE THE OWNER! My son wanted to purchase a truck from this dealership and initially it was going well. Lupita is very sweet and helpful. We test drove it and while stopped, my son looked in the center console and found a vape cartridge, which we threw out (wish I kept it!). We went back to the dealership with the intent to purchase and began figuring out financing. The financing came back higher than we had hoped, but my son wanted to proceed. He sent his down payment through Zelle, because Lupita said there wouldn’t be a processing fee. Before proceeding with any paperwork, we negotiated new tires and to have the key fob fixed because it didn’t work. We then began working on insurance and were very sad to see insurance was going to put the truck out of my son’s budget. Lupita tried so hard to help us find lower insurance, but we hit a time when we had to stop because lenders and everything were closing. We said we would continue to work on it and come back. At this point, NO paperwork had been signed!!! I asked her specifically, if we were unable to secure insurance at a doable rate if my son could get his deposit back and she said yes; my son and husband both witnessed this interaction. We went home and were unable to make insurance work. My son works in AC and while summer is lucrative, winter is not. He became concerned with being able to make payments and decided not to continue the sale. He called the dealership and told Lupita, and she said he wouldn’t be able to get his deposit back because the dealership had placed new tires already and he would have to deal with it. ABSOLUTELY NOT. That was a business decision to install before the sale was complete. He sent a Zelle request to the owner and was ignored. We have requested the money back many times and I have spoken to the owner, Jose, who was dishonest and lied to me about his knowledge of the situation, trying to throw Lupita under the bus. He told me he would call me back the next day after “looking into” the situation. It’s been a week with no contact. My son only wants his deposit back, which is more than fair. I understand the owner has a few more dealerships so I’m assuming he’s not hurting for money. My son saved for months for his down payment. We will likely be pursuing legal action since they have not responded and keep giving us the runaround. Do not shop here. Go to a better place.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! we made a purchase on this ford and they knew it had a few things wrong with it and did absolutely nothing to help us. there is another review on here left by my partner explaining everything in detail. If you want a headache and an unfair service come here but if you want to avoid situations like we went through go some place else. SERIOUSLY go somewhere else.
