Dori and Paul were great! I was left in a complicated situation after my first ever car accident last year and they were so helpful! I was starting to think I wouldn’t be able to purchase another vehicle, but they got it done! Explained everything along the way and went above and beyond to go through lists of vehicles available to find me what I wanted. The process itself was very quick and easy. So appreciative of them and would definitely recommend!

I purchased a vehicle under warranty on March 7th of 2026 and it was immediately brought into the warranty department on March 9th of 2026 with an oil leak that was not discussed before hand, i understand vehicles are used and can have some repairs needed to be made but since I’ve had the vehicle it has been in the shop (TrueFix) FOUR times for the same issue , and under warranty they are required to fix these issues, it is now headed into the shop once again for the 5th time with the same oil leak, it has been out of service for 27 days , and counting this has become a huge inconvenience and financial burden and these people are trying to brush it off as if this is normal, I’d understand two times but FIVE times for THE SAME oil leak, they make all these repairs and it still leaks just as bad if not worse as the previous time i am an existing customer and to be treated this way is a shame, I haven’t even drove my vehicle for anything other then taking it to TrueFix where they can’t even diagnose and fix the issue correctly, do not come here and you will be hearing from a lawyer if this isn’t fixed this 5th and final time
