Stopped by Best Auto as I had been looking at car dealerships to work with my situation and I couldn’t find any like Best Auto. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a salesperson and her name was Marina. One of the friendliest and kindest people I have met and understanding. I told to her the vehicle I was interested and explained the situation I was in with getting approved and that some places I went to wanted around 5,000 to almost 9,000 down. I told her how much money I had down and what I was looking for. She ensured me that she would do everything she could to help me out. After I filled out a credit application, Marina and her finance manager did everything they could to get me approved with my down payment. Everything from finding the best rate, to term, to monthly payment to getting approved with the money down I wanted to put down and on the vehicle I wanted. Marina and her finance manager went above and beyond on getting me this deal and I can’t thank them enough. I went to so many places prior to this place and not one place worked with me as much as they did. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out they treat you like you are apart of their family. I highly recommend checking Best Auto out in Glendale out and be sure to ask for Marina because she will do everything she can to get you in the car you want and work with your situation. As far as the quality of the vehicle I purchased on going to be honest; I'm having issues with it and it's been less than 2 weeks.
