Savannah was amazing to work with! She was very patient throughout the entire process and made everything easy to understand. We had a great experience, and they were able to work with the numbers we were comfortable with. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Since the process took about three hours, Savannah even offered to pick up the pizza we ordered, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Hello, I went to Peoria Ford today to get an oil change and for the past five times I've been going there. They have been really fantastic. Today was a special day for my service man. I went in for an oil change like I normally do and all of the people and service department are fantastic. Great! They really stand beside the customer and help them out. Tremendously you quick noob they were attempting to rotate the tires but one of the lug nuts had broken off. My service person came to me and said hey. You're going to stay here a little longer than what you participated on. I said okay. They were all good. They went all out and they had fixed my lug nut on the right front tire and they also included a free oil change and when Pat hickey said something on the radio or on TV Peoria Ford let me tell you they all as a family they all stand by and help the customer out like they did with me today and that is why I am so proud to take my car nowhere else but to Peoria Ford. They are the best in the business and they are best in the west when Pat Hicks and nobody can beat them. He's right, no one can be Peoria Ford. Y'all have a great day. God bless
