We had such an incredible and simple experience at Acura of Peoria! Thanks to Samantha, Victor and Mike, my wife and I were able to have a zero pressure transaction. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating to us during our visit. Samantha answered every question we had (and there were a lot), Victor got all of our documents done quickly and Mike was able to facilitate a very good deal on our vehicle. “Oh God!” 😂

I hate buying cars and dealing with the process! But I have to say this was the first time I was ever pleasantly surprised even more shocked dealing with a dealer. Tony maybe difficult to understand sometimes but he works hard for you and does everything in his power to make you happy. Steve, Tony’s manager was direct and honest and made the whole process so simple. But like always you get the deal and work the numbers then time to fight with finance. Let me tell you dealing with griffin was like dealing with your best friend. Completely transparent and honest. Truly just wanted us to leave happy and with everything we were expecting and nothing less. Even had a slight issue and Griffin explained everything that was going on kept me up to date and made sure it was right before things were completed. Even after I purchased I received a call from the dealerships manager making sure I was happy and if there was anything I needed. Truly next level service! Highly recommend.

He truly bent over backwards to find us a car we could afford and gave us an outstanding trade in price for our old vehicle.
