Came here after everyone said a world of bs. Co-signer, super ridiculously downpayment that could buy a whole dang car!! But DAVID!!! Plays no games got us in and got us out, monthly payment affordable with an amazing warranty, even hooked us up with his insurance guy and got super affordable full coverage rates. When I say we are beyond grateful we were denied other places and forced to come here. I don’t even want to do business anywhere else…. He is just phenomenal, true GOAT. This was by far the best experience looking for a vehicle. Was denied credit by so many dealers that claimed to help people with bad credit or a pasted repo! Well after having my credit ran by 20 other dealers requesting 6 to 7 grand down. Dr Auto was hands down the only dealer to get me financing quick and easy. Thank you so much David at Dr Auto

The customer service was polite and the process initially felt smooth. I originally went in for a different vehicle, but someone else was test driving it. I was asked to wait to see if that customer would be approved. While waiting, I was shown a 2012 Highlander instead. It had higher mileage than I wanted (170k miles) and was slightly over my budget, but it had a clean Carfax and very good interior and exterior condition, so I became interested. I asked about getting the vehicle inspected and was told that would be fine. We applied for financing before being shown a full written breakdown of the numbers. The pricing details were not provided upfront and were only given after we specifically asked for them. After approval, we were allowed to take the vehicle for an independent inspection at our expense. The inspection identified several needed repairs. The vehicle was listed online at $10,495, but the base price shown on the paperwork and submitted to the bank was higher than the advertised price. When I asked about the difference, I was told the bank determined the price. I was also later told the vehicle would be sold based on their mechanic’s assessment. We ultimately could not agree on pricing and chose not to move forward.

I wouldn't recommend dr.auto to anyone looking to buy a car. Let me explain my experience at this car dealership. So me and my wife were looking to get a sub. While browsing on Craigslist we see a truck. We really liked so we go to there website and decide to apply online for the suv. They got finally reached out to us 5 days later. They still had the vehicle so we sent in all the documents they needed. Took 2 more days for them to get back to us. They said we were pre approved with the down payment we had. So we were invited by the sales person to take a look at the suv. If we liked it we would just sign some paperwork and we would be on our way. Seemed simple enough rite. So we show up to the dealership and rite off the bat it seems pretty sketchy no one knew who we were and no idea we were going over there to take a look at the suv. So finally we talked to the right person. So we looked at the suv and loved it. So we said we would like to buy it. And we were prepared with the down payment that we had and that was agreed upon. We were told the down payment we had was good enough which was $1500 down. Little did we know they just wanted to get us there just to get more money out of us. We ended up having to put down $3500 and was told if we didn't take the gap insurance and extended warranty. They could not sell us the vehicle. They could not work with us on the price or anything in that matter. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy vehicle here at DR.AUTO!!
