I finally got my plates in the mail! I can start my Uber/Lyft business in my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid! Thank you to Eli for being so kind and patient with my father, Joe, who wanted to take the test drive. We drove right to the ATM, to put a deposit down. He took the car for complimentary inspection and everything passed. We didn't hear anything and my temporary plates expired, but I called Jess and she let us know that DMV was waiting for EMISSION TESTING. Once we passed EMISSIONS with flying colors, the process continued, and I'm now a proud owner of a hybrid van. I love my weekend karaoke parties, with the younger crowd! Lisa, went above and beyond, where Countless other car salesman would not. She treated us like people and not as a sale. My son-in-law was in need of a midsize pick up. At the time in their inventory, they had a 2017 Chevy Colorado with low miles. It was exactly what we were looking for. The process was easy, And she was very transparent. The purchase date was his birthday, and the car was decorated, and a small gift was waiting for him on the passenger side seat. So kind and personal.
