Stopped in during a sales event. Randy, Mark, Big Ryee helped me out and upgraded the ride. Come check them out if you get a chance. Ok, got an update that makes this story even better. When I did my inspection on the car I thought the front tires looked good but back tires needed to be replaced. Northland had agreed to replace the 2 rear tires but they needed to be ordered. After a couple days I went to the tire shop and once the car was lifted we noticed the wear on the inside of the front tires as well. East Valley Tire was doing the inspection and called Ryan at Northland to let him know the situation. Without an ounce of hesitation Northland paid for the full tire replacement as part of the purchase of the vehicle. They also did a full engine cleaning and review for me and did an amazing job with that. The service and care their entire team provided through the process has been excellent.

This place is the best! They had an event going on and I reached out to get a voucher for it; and scheduled an appointment. Trey reached out and asked me to come in sooner to get approved and be able to get into a vehicle before sold out. They even ubered me out to the dealership, and got me approved with my situation that definitely wasn’t easy to get done! Jacob greeted me instantly and was able to make magic happen! They even had a cookout going and offered to me as well! They were able to take care of me completely; 100%! They also even tipped the vehicle off with a full tank of gas before I took off!
