I looked at several cars from different car lots and on the internet to find the right one with the best deal. I couldn't believe the car that I found at Ideal Cars in East Mesa! It was not only perfect, but at the right price. Everyone was so amazing and helpful; from the management and sales, to the office assistant, Jennifer. Alex was very helpful in helping me find the car that best suits me i really appreciated how attentive he was and showed he cared about what I was interested in about my first car. Denis helped explain the process how getting a car and helped me understand it without confusing me. overall glad to have two amazing guys to help me in the process of getting my first car!!!

Where to begin? Wish you could give zero stars. I came to these guys because they had fairly good reviews and told me they'd give me 1200 form my trade but when I got there from Peoria it was only $500 they were willing to give me for a 2012 Tiguan that still runs. Stupidly I bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander that Alex and Dennis told me was super reliable. I should have known by the bad brakes and bald tires that they don't inspect or maintain the vehicles they sell. Ten minutes after I left the dealership I got a fuel system warning saying it needed maintenance and Out of gas even though I had just put $30 in tank before leaving Mesa. Before I could react to that dash warning and alarm, on I-10 the vehicle said transmission Overheating and I lost all power with the pedal on the floor and almost got plowed by the large dually truck behind me. I tried to call them but it went straight to voicemail. My boyfriend had to borrow car dollies and come get me in the East Valley. The next morning I called them and told them what happened they were very apologetic and said they would unwind our deal no problem and process my refund. I said I did not feel safe driving the car after almost getting hit they said they do not have a towing service. Probably because they don't ever maintain their vehicles! So I found a route to Mesa without freeways so if I got hit at least it wouldn't be at freeway speeds. It took me 2 hours to get there with all the dummy lights going off and losing power intermittently but I made it. Colby and Jalil confirmed they were processing my refund and I was very polite and quiet even though I would have been justified in getting loud and rude. Went home thinking my ordeal was over. 5 business days later still no refund so I called to find out why. Colby said they did not process it because I disputed the charge. It was a prepaid card there is no way to do that so that was a LIE and I told him so. He put me on hold and excuse #2 was that office manager was on vacation but back now. also a LIE because I'd interacted with her the day ai brought their lemon back and talked to her 3 days later on the phone. So then he got rude and said they really didn't HAVE to get me my money back really; they could just try to fix it. After they'd promised a refund and I had put money down at another dealership. Finally after some arguing and a threat of the Attorney General he agreed to process my refund a week later. I was supposed to take my kids up North for Spring Break but am stuck until they decide they want to do the right thing. NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS THERE IS NO WAY THEY DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE SELLING A SINGLE MOM WITH A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD AND LOW INCOME A PIECE OF CRAP! Worst EXPERIENCE EVER, if their lips are moving they are LYING! Going to let Trust Pilot and Car Gurus know also. They are the reason used car salesmen get a bad reputation.
