Mike was amazing to work with and he was thoughtful, giving good advice on the different car options we were considering. Shane, Mike, Jeff and Alex are all the best in the business! I have been a client/customer at Jones Motors for the past 15 years, even before Shane bought the big beautiful building they are in now! I have referred many of my friends, family and clients to Jones Motors because they are super solid, get great deals on automobiles, are very honest, direct, trust worthy and really good people! Shane has become a great friend and a VIP to me. Mike is awesome and always takes great care of anyone I refer to the dealership. Jeff is also very trust worthy and delivers concierge service to all. Alex is one of the very best mechanics in the business and over 15 years and over 60 vehicles serviced through Alex, never once has he not delivered an exceptional experience and treated me extremely fair. I highly recommend Jones Motors and everyone there! You will be very happy with the experience! It is way more than 5 stars!

This was one of the best dealerships I have bought a vehicle from! The truck I bought was older but you can tell it was well taken care of and was in excellent condition. After buying my truck I took it to my mechanic and he said he hadn’t seen a 2002 truck this clean in a long time with no issues whatsoever. Bud was very knowledgeable about the truck I bought and made the buying process super easy. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was able to finance through one of there banking institutions with a better rate than my own credit union. Bud followed up with me a couple of days later to see how I liked my truck which I thought was a nice touch. Everyone was friendly and you can tell this is a well run dealership for used cars. Very clean and beautiful place. Thanks again for a great experience!

BEWARE !!! Worst dealership in the valley. Lies and overcharges, says vehicles have a five star rating and as time goes on in the right light, you see all kinds of things. Used to be a very honest person 30 years ago. Pretty sure that the truck I bought from him has been in an accident and had damages. I can see blemishes in the paint on both doors. Check your vehicles over with a fine tooth comb. Make sure the Carfax is correct. One time I bought a vehicle from him He lied to the bank and told him it was a different model to make the sale, show my vehicle description was different as far as the bank was concerned. Take the time to walk around, check, tires, etc.. So I’m just adding more to this review March 26, 2026 because I come to find out that a truck that I traded into Jones Motors Was not paid off and Time and I had gotten a 30 day late put on my credit report because of it make sure they pay off your other loans quickly. Mike Jones has a bad habit of letting things slip doesn’t follow through bought vehicles from him for over 30 years and who knows how many times I’ve gotten ripped off. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Jones Motors in Mesa

Worst experience EVER, my daughter bought a car from Mike J, a few months after it broke, later the transmission broke, battery was from 2022 and she got it in 2025. It took 3 admission tests to passed, and this is happened less than 6 months after purchase. My daughter expended around 2K renting a car as that car was her only transportation . The list can go on and on. Bottom line is, not a business to trust
