I purchased a 2019 Subaru Impreza on 6/6, it was overall a great experience from start to finish. I saw this car on Autotempest and I wanted to see how it was in person so I took a 2 hour trip to go look at it. Sam was the first person we saw and immediately got the keys and showed us the car, he was very nice and answered the questions we asked with no problems. It was in great condition, with the minor blemishes here and there, the only thing that was a big issue(it wasn’t a deal breaker) the tint was messed up from the previous owner. But Mike was willing to take off some of the price for the cost to replace it. Once we settled on the final price we spoke to Suzy who set us up with financing, she made the process very smooth and simple. Then Nick came in and helped us decide who to finance through and it was a great suggestion. I took time to write this review, I wanted to have time with the car and this is the 3rd week having it. No problems with the car at all! If I do look for another car in the future I would like to check back here again! It was a great experience and they took the stress of getting a new(to me) car easy and simple! Thanks everyone who helped us!

Came looking for a good deal for a car we were donating to a good cause. Mike worked with us and was amazingly helpful! We were able to get to a win-win agreement on a vehicle that will be well loved by someone thats been down on luck lately. I feel grateful we were able to find this car. The SNB Motors dealership is two hours from my house and we will only buy our cars from them from now on! Nick started the business with his father and his mother and grandfather also work there. They also have a salesperson, Mike, who helped us and was amazing. They are honest, upfront, fair, kind, respectful, and really know their cars! It’s rare and refreshing to feel so taken care of as a customer, and a used car dealership is one of the places where you would least expect such excellent service. They are very selective about any vendors who work on the vehicles before they put them for sale. They were able to beat our credit union’s interest rate on the auto loan by a huge margin and got our monthly payment well below our maximum without making the loan term longer. They have fantastic warranty packages with great options for every budget. They didn’t keep us there for hours and hours, like dealerships usually do. They only sell high-quality vehicles in excellent condition. On top of all that, we had fun chatting with Nick, his grandpa, and Mike! I honestly lost track of how many dealerships we went to looking for a used truck for my husband. We went to all kinds of dealerships: big, small, family-owned, chain/franchise, corporate, etc. SNB Motors was the ONLY ONE that took the effort to make sure that the vehicles they sell are high quality and won’t need repairs anytime soon. They had put new 20” off-road tires and a new premium battery on the truck we bought. Those would have cost us at least $1500. I noticed a small star-like crack in the windshield that they hadn’t seen and they had their glass guy take care of that one and another they found when they looked at it - that I hadn’t seen. That’s how much they care! Before we even left Tucson to go there, they had sent us pictures of an area on the truck that had a little bit of paint damage. To make sure we knew about it ahead of time. It was barely a scratch, but they still let us know in case it was a deal breaker for us. I actually saw them with my own eyes turn down a sale because the customer wanted to buy a car that didn’t meet their standards for quality and reliability. The car had not been listed for sale, it was on their lot waiting to be transported away for auction. It may have been a trade-in or something. They told the guy they didn’t know the quality of the car and wouldn’t put a customer in a car if they didn’t know the quality of the car. I can give you a long list of dealerships I would never go back to. But there is only one that we feel safe buying from for our family from now on: SNB Motors

Best experience - prompt replies to my messages, worked with me on price, very accommodating, and an all around pleasure to work with. I was incredibly nervous, but they streamlined the process with a smile. LOVE my car. Loved my experience. Not a negative thing to report. Thank you AGAIN!!!!
