I recently purchased a 2009 Audi R8 and had an outstanding experience working with Richard and the entire team. Since I was buying the car from out of state, I wanted to be thorough before making a decision. Richard was responsive, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He promptly answered my questions, provided additional photos and information when requested, and never made me feel pressured. One thing that really stood out was the dealership’s willingness to have the vehicle inspected by an Audi dealership before I completed the purchase. When the inspection identified a few items that needed attention, they addressed the concerns and kept me updated on the progress. That level of transparency and customer service gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. I ultimately flew to Arizona and picked up the car in person. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as represented, and the entire process was smooth and straightforward. Buying a specialty car like an Audi R8 is a big decision, especially from across the country, but Richard and the team made it a great experience from start to finish. I appreciate the professionalism, communication, and honesty shown throughout the transaction. I would gladly work with Richard again and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. Richard and the team over at JBA Motors were a pleasure to work with. I purchased a 911 C4S from them sight unseen and was initially very nervous about going through with the transaction. Richard worked with me and provided all the information I needed. His team took additional pictures and videos of the video so I could verify a few things. Buyers and sellers alike - please read this before doing business here. I normally don’t leave long reviews, but this situation absolutely deserves to be documented. I had a transaction connected to this business involving brand new, high-value automotive parts. The items were carefully packaged, documented, and shipped in excellent condition. Shortly after delivery, a return was opened with a generic reason. However, what I received back was not consistent with what had been sent. The parts returned were clearly used, in a completely different condition, and even came in different packaging. This was not a minor discrepancy - the difference was obvious. Anyone familiar with automotive parts would immediately notice that the returned items did not match the originals. Situations like this are extremely concerning for independent sellers. When new parts go out and different, used components come back, it raises serious questions about how items are handled after delivery and what ultimately happens to the original parts. If you are doing any kind of business involving parts or equipment, I strongly recommend documenting everything in detail - photos, packaging, serials if possible - and being very cautious when dealing with this business. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable engaging in another transaction here.
