Ideal Cars - at Alma School Rd.

My experience with Austin at Ideal Cars was wonderful and deserves a good review for quality of service, quick communication and going above to help me. I was in the market for a jeep and found one in their wide array of inventory to match what I wanted. I had to do everything remote since I'm in Tucson but he handled everything seamlessly from setting up my purchase to having the vehicle ready for me to pick up, super easy process! It's a great place to shop- lots of great inventory and the no pressure service made me feel like I made the Best choice. Thanks Austin and Mason!!!

Super happy with my car buying experience here today i was extremely shocked to see the deal they were able to get me for my son especially considering his age and this being his 1st car buying experience! They were super helpful and friendly! And the cherry on the cake was they were even able to help us get cheaper insurance than the company we currently had over $100 savings per month! So way to go guys! Pleasure doing business with you!!

Austin made the entire car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He made sure I understood all my options and worked with me to find something that fit my needs and budget perfectly. It’s rare to find someone in sales who is this patient and transparent. If you’re looking for a car and want someone you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Austin. I’ll definitely be coming back to him for future purchases!

Austin took care of us the second we walked through the door, we explained we were looking. And after sitting down and sharing our story of having a new baby, he did everything he could to get us a hell of a deal and after we told him which car caught our eye, he made sure we were leaving with it!!!!

to formally express my dissatisfaction with a vehicle I purchased from you on August 18, 2025. The car stopped working just one day after the 30-day return period ended. Despite my previous attempts to seek assistance or an exchange, I have not received any help. I was charged $17,340.00 for a vehicle that has not lasted six months. Additionally, I paid $3,200.00 to replace the alternator; however, only a few weeks later, the car failed again. It currently starts but will not move. It is unacceptable to charge nearly $20,000 for a vehicle that is no longer functional within such a short timeframe.
