The whole car buying experience was so quick and easy. I applied online which was a simple and fast process and the response was immediate, efficient and very professional. I’m hearing-impaired but the whole team was very helpful with making sure I understood the contract with ease due to the dealership using everything virtually. I credit my sales representative, Lizabeth Vargas with providing me with the quickest and most efficient sales process I have ever experienced. Lisbeth was very kind. She met our needs of a down payment and monthly payments. The manager came out because they were extremely busy and tried to help us when someone wasn't available. He ended up making sure our needs were met and we got what we wanted. The process honestly t9ok less then and hour. Considering how busy they were and knowledge of how a car dealership works this was an amazing experience.. I would recommend this to someone else and was very happy my needs were met.

I started a lease on March 14th, it was the 2019 Chevy Malibu. After being told a friend of mine has vehicle problems with a vehicle she got from Cactus Jacks, I still went to them. I was super excited I was about to get into a vehicle that same day. Unfortunately it started overheating the next day, so I didn’t drive it. I was told to contact the service department and they scheduled me two weeks out. It was still parked, until we checked the fluids (empty Freon) which we refilled, then took it on a test drive again on March 17th, it over heated again. We took it straight to the dealership who told us to take it right over to service. Service department was confused because they don’t have many people taking their vehicle there to drop it off but I did as the dealership said. A week went by and they told me the engine was bad so that needed to changed out, another week went by and they said they put in the wrong headlight so that needed to be fixed again… Honestly at this point. Can we throw out the lease, and I get my down payment back. I only had the car literally 2-3 days before this all started happening. If it’s the engine, I feel like more stuff will be happening to the vehicle going forward. I don’t have the funds or the time to keep having stuff fixed. I don’t know how this place is still in business, their workers are rude. It’s obvious they don’t know their service department or workers. They don’t communicate with each other and give you the run around. Not the type of place I want to do business with. Literally only had the car for 3 days!!

I gotta be honest I was excited to get my car through them and at such a reasonable price but this car has been nothing but issues. Since I have gotten it I have had to put almost $1000 in repairs and I haven’t even had the car for a month. They refused to help with any of it stating “it’s buy here pay here, once you drive it off the lot not our problem.” I should have just went through drive time instead of them. When I bought the car it wasn’t detailed and they didn’t fill the gas it was almost empty and they said they didn’t have time to do any of that. I put $2000 down and they said some of that cost goes towards the title and registration. I get a call yesterday saying I owe $130 for the title and registration. I needed and a car right away and was desperate. I did test drive it but there was no issues that day but two weeks later it was issues after issues. I would recommend if buying a car from here to bring a mechanic friend to fully inspect the vehicle before purchasing. Also I have already made two payment off $661 on top of the down payment for the car and it showing I only paid $300 on the car. I can’t wait to not have this vehicle and get it paid off and out of the way. So I can go through a actual dealership (This is for the location on country club)
