I purchased a vehicle through Tru Drive and the experience was so easy! I communicated through messenger at first and directly by phone after. I was looking for one vehicle on the website and found a better vehicle on the lot. The staff was friendly and the financing was a very easy process! I definitely recommend!

This was the 1st used car lot I went to. They had quite a few cars that I was interested in, but it was my 1st stop so I wanted to check out some other dealers. What a waste of time and energy! I test drove 5 cars from various dealers and not one of them drove right. No power steering, motor hesitation, very loud motor, battery no good on a hybrid, and one wouldn't even turnover!!!I decided to go back to truedrive. Got a great summer at a reasonable price. Everything worked on the vehicle including cold,cold ac practically new tires and it passed emmisions first try. Saleslady was really nice and helpfull but not pushy at all. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good running vehicle at reasonable price.Thank you Tru Drive from the blue 2003 toyota highlander.

Bought 2 vehicles from them they were ok. Very unresponsive to calls and text thought. My mom bought a vehicle almost two years ago and they sent a very suspicious and unprofessional "Repo" service to take the vehicle because she didn't pay the full amount of down payment after two years and the legal paperwork stated she hasn't made a payment since October 2021. We have documentation she paid every month. Myself and my mother tried contacting multiple times after a year to make the payment with no response from him. Not sure if they were desperate for money after two years. Sending a scary tactic "Repo" team flaunting their gun and bullets and political clothing for the previous president who lost scaring my mother who recently got out of the hospital after 2 months wasn't very professional and honestly not very humane. We tried getting it paid and he (Daniel) didn't want to take my money. He refused to talk to me. Other very good good car dealerships around the area I would recommend. Very sad this was the situation after I could have paid for my mom's down payment in full when I contacted him two years ago. I know used car dealerships are sketchy but this one is definitely sketchy off the charts. Edit: And to add, honestly, if they promise to fix something on the vehicle, expect delays of up to 3 months.
