Awesome car buying experience! Michelle was the one who helped me and everyone else in the office was friendly. Michelle was thorough and I highly recommend her! The hardest part was deciding which vehicle, they have so many nice ones.

I have had a 5 star experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 and have been working with Elizabeth and Jessica. They are not judgmental and will work with you if you have some hiccups on your credit like I did. They will find every way to overcome any obstacles you have and are dedicated to getting you into the vehicle of your dreams regardless of your situation. They went above and beyond for me several times during the sale and after the sale. They are responsive and communicative and I experience transparency and honesty from both sales representative Elizabeth and manager Jessica. I am very happy that I chose to spend my hard earned money with their company since they have integrity and my life has improved greatly since I made the smart choice to stop by there dealership. I am very happy with my purchase in every aspect. They worked with me to get the EXACT monthly payment amount I requested. They have MANY finance companies they work with to ensure anyone can be approved. Their approval criteria and application process is simple and straight-forward. I feel like they worked a miracle to get me into the truck of my dreams and I have only had positive interactions since the sale. I have a "certified" warranty on my engine and motor, which most other used car dealerships do not offer, much less include with the sale at no additional charge like City Auto Group does. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I would suggest you go by here 1st when shopping for a used vehicle. They have variety and several lots in the area. Once I step onto there's car lot, The young ladies were very welcoming. They were very respectful. They asked me questions, What was I looking for, what was my price range, How much was I able to put down, i love that. The paperwork was standard amount of time to do the pager work to walk out with the vehicle. The young lady that helped me and my wife, was very patient. Very understanding, very respectful and very lovely. The manager was also very sweet, very understanding, Very patient and I walked out with a vehicle i love and wanted. I recommend anybody to shop here to get their vehicles. Yes, they are used vehicle but great looking vehicle. The workers are respectful, understanding and they're willing to work with you and help you. 5 stars all around. Thank you ladies your are wonderful.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Raptor from this dealership in May 2025, and just three weeks later, the transmission completely failed. After having the vehicle towed to a certified Ford service center, I was shocked to learn that the transmission had been replaced prior to sale—something the dealership never disclosed. Even worse, the replacement was improperly programmed, the transmission fluid was severely overfilled, and multiple wiring harness clips were broken. This wasn’t a minor issue—it was sloppy, unsafe work that should have never passed inspection. I’ve been without the vehicle for weeks and have paid out of pocket for a rental. I reached out to the dealership calmly and professionally, asking for transparency and support, and was met with no accountability. Despite clear evidence the issue likely existed before the sale, they’ve shown no willingness to stand behind the vehicle. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, be cautious. Ask for detailed service records, inspect everything twice, and don’t expect post-sale support.
