I had such a great experience buying a vehicle from National Auto Group. They were very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. When I first drove on the lot no one harassed me at all so that was very nice, once I had found the vehicle I was interested in I was able to get ahold of one the sales associates easily. Once in the office we talked number and they answered all of my questions, I can honestly say this was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had while purchasing a vehicle. Thanks again 😊

This was one of my best car experiences. They helped me in a pre buyers inspection and provided quality and fast service. Later, when I needed to purchase a vehicle they were extremely helpful, patient and kind to me and made me feel cared for during the entire process. They didn’t pressure me and allowed me to shop around as much as I needed. Overall, solid people with good character and I would trust them with any car services. Thank you again!!!

This National Auto Sales, was by far the most stunning, astonishing, and all around spectacular experience I've ever had! I was very impressed with Nico and his patience to help me and my family. As well as the patience and lively nature he showed for my daughter with us throughout the sale of our new family vehicle!

I just picked up a new car from them, gorgeous, fully loaded and way below blue book value... They were helpful and answered all my questions and didn't give off that shady vibe that you sometimes get from other people. Also since I work on cars I asked the questions that people don't usually ask and he was truthful the whole time so I appreciated that. If I see something on their lot that catches my eye again I would definitely consider buying from them again... Also he got me a great deal on a set of brand new set studded tires installed! 👌

If I could give this place zero stars I would! We went in search of a safe and reliable car for our son, thought we found one and did due diligence asking for the CarFax. CarFax came back clean. We were assured that car had not been in any sort of major accident……Little did we know…..as a common practice we took the car to a trusted auto shop for an inspection. The mechanic couldn’t even finish inspection because of all the safety issues. The car had had significant rear damage, and the repair work done to the car was shoddy and subpar. Incorrect parts on the car that didn’t fit properly, all but the engine sensor light had Ben cut and never reconnected, the breaks were only making 1/2 contact when applied, parts were missing to the breaking system and at that point our mechanic stopped the inspection and told us due to all the safety issues this car should not be driven and should be towed back to where we got it! My husband spent weeks researching and spoke to the sales staff at national more than once. We called them and told them what the mechanic said and they expected us to pay to tow the car back to them….that wasn’t happening. They told us the car had been inspected by their own mechanics and for most people that would have been enough. In this case had that been true they would have know this car was not road worth… oh and they were asking 9000.00 for this jacked up car! The sales guy had the nerve to get pissed at my husband BECAUSE we refused to drive the car after we were told it was unsafe to do so!! Drove by the lot yesterday and that car is still out there so I know the needed repairs have not been done and they are still asking 9k. Buyer beware!! Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews for this place! If you dare buy a vehicle from here take it to a trusted independent mechanic to inspect before purchasing! And if they give you any push back then don’t buy it! Also know this car was badly damaged under the body work, and accidents only show up on car fax if they are reported to insurance. Buyer beware!!!!! This is the car!! Looks great but the damage is significant under the body! And they still are trying to sell it for 9k!! After our experience here, would never buy from here again! Nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
