Derek and Jarrod! What a great team! I had a wonderful experience shopping around and comparing options with Derek. He made us feel invited, informed us and also brought the humor! He is very thoughtful and has all kinds of toys for children to play with as well. He truly does go above and beyond. As for Jarrod, super knowledgeable. He's been at his job for quite some time and knows a lot about all different kinds of options. He made our financing process smooth. Kudos guys! Would highly recommend!

Just moved back from out of state. Saw a truck I liked a few weeks ago and really appreciated the responsiveness and attention provide by Dragan. He’s an excellent, no pressure salesman. We came in on June 7th right when the doors opened, and while I was getting my son out of the car, Derrick walked right up to us and greeted us with a handshake. From that moment, I knew we were in good hands. Buying a car can be stressful, but Derrick made the entire experience feel easy and pressure-free. He listened to what I wanted, made sure I was happy with my decision, and never once tried to upsell me or push me into something I didn’t want. He’s also incredibly family-friendly. My son is almost 2 years old and was getting pretty antsy toward the end of the process. Derrick offered snacks and even brought out toy cars for him to play with, which absolutely made his day. It’s little things like that that made such a big difference. A huge thank you to Derrick for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and family looking for a vehicle. I also want to give a shoutout to Jared, the manager. He was fantastic as well. When my son was having a hard time at the end, Jared patiently tried to cheer him up with a stuffed animal and helped keep everything moving smoothly. Both Derrick and Jared went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service they provided. (Definitely had to get a picture with the sales guy himself!)

My husband and I were looking to purchase a commuter vehicle and had an excellent experience from the moment we stepped on the lot. Can’t recommend Chuck in sales and Jared in finance enough! They were great to work with. We were able to work a deal that was in our budget and will definitely will be back if we are looking to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Our experience with the service department was incredibly frustrating. We provided our warranty information, including the phone number needed to open the claim, when we dropped the truck off. Nearly two weeks later, we discovered the warranty company had never been contacted and the claim had never been opened. Over the next five-plus weeks, we found ourselves repeatedly acting as the go-between between the dealership, the warranty company, the independent inspector, and eventually Stellantis (Ram) Customer Care. We were continually told the process was moving forward, only to discover another communication breakdown or conflicting information. After multiple escalations, we were ultimately told the dealership did not have a technician available to perform the work needed to move the warranty claim forward for another 2–3 months and offered to tow the truck to another repair facility. Had that been communicated at the beginning, we could have made different decisions instead of spending weeks in limbo. The issue is that the repair process lacked communication, coordination, and ownership. We've spent more than six weeks trying to manage a process that should never have become the customer's responsibility. I sincerely hope Lithia works with us to resolve this situation. If they do, I'll gladly update this review to reflect the outcome.
