JD was very respectful, friendly and professional. He was very attentive to being trained on the spot. I did not feel pressured. The details were explained very clearly. I worked with Josh and he is the best. Upon my initial inquiry form he reached out and I wasn’t ready just checking. He checked in periodically, and we kept in contact until I was ready. The process was smooth, long but he made it worth the while. He was friendly and a great help. He also made sure I was happy and complete with my ride.
