Had my vehicle a month (being generous) before my transmission shifted causing my engine to also shift and break the brackets. Found out my transmission cracked on the engine. There was 1 bolt holding my transmission down. Before leaving the dealership (white guy w/glasses) took my truck around back for a "inspection" (we got 2018 Ford Explorer from a sister lot) but when I had my issue and contacted them they suddenly have no mechanic. Buyer beware bc I'm stuck with a $8,000 fix bc the warranty doesn't cover it and the lot didn't gaf either. I would leave no stars but that's not an option. That was June ... It's February and I'm still carless.

There's not a half start or no star option but don't buy cars from here ...we got pressure into a vehicle not even what we wanted not even 30 days later car broke down now we gotta replace a transmission because they don't go on their word of 30 days... Now we stuck we a none running vehicle and still making payments other wise we ruin our credit
