This 5-star review is not based on the vehicles or the sales process, but on how an issue was handled. My daughter and I had the opportunity to speak with the owners, Debbie and Robin, this morning regarding a problem with a recent purchase my daughter made. They were both in the office, listened thoughtfully, and addressed the situation immediately. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely personable, and the issue was resolved without hesitation. It’s clear they value integrity and are committed to carrying on the strong legacy their father built.

Philip was the best! He was understanding, honest, and accommodating! He made me feel respected as a customer and was able to make the best deal for me that suited my budget. Pearl Motors gave me a chance when I needed it the most! I will be purchasing with them again in the future! Thank you Pearl Motors and God Bless!

Very disappointing experience with Pearl Motors. We provided transportation services for a vehicle on January 5 and are still owed $385. The vehicle was sold, but we never received payment for the service we provided. We made multiple attempts to collect the outstanding balance, but the invoice remains unpaid. This shows a lack of respect for vendors and service providers who help support their business. Based on our experience, we would not recommend doing business with this dealership. If you are a transporter or vendor, proceed with caution and make sure payment arrangements are secured before providing services. Below are the signed transportation contract, delivery photos, text messages, call records, and dash camera footage confirming the successful delivery of the vehicle. We have extensive documentation supporting our claim, including the signed contract, proof of delivery, photographs, communication records, and dash camera footage. If this balance is not resolved immediately, we intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing suit in court to recover the amount owed, court costs, and any other relief permitted by law. We are simply seeking payment for services that were completed as agreed.

Update since the last posting I have been through 3 vehicles with them All with something wrong with the engine the Subaru started leaking water “warranty didn’t cover putting a new engine in so I paid for it . They put it in for me great right. NO IT WASN’T drove for 6months then it started leaking again. I trade it in with them and I got a 2016 Buick Encore upgrade… NO NOT AT ALL it leaked oil from day 1 they said they would fix it kept it for a month when they said it was fixed I picked it up got up the street from the lot and it started smoking turned around took it right back so they put me in a 2015 Jeep Patriot it was leaking oil so they said they could fix it the kept working on it I kept complaining finally they said it needed an engine. I had the truck 1& half months 45 days and it needed an engine. I was informed again that the warranty doesn’t cover it but I could always buy an engine and they would put it in. Once again their warranty doesn’t cover what it says it does. Fair warning they’re warranty is A JOKE ,A LIE ,FLIMFLAM ,DECEIT , Not worth the paper they spent on printing it or the breath the used to say it exists. They’re just not worth spending your time or money with
