While they don't negotiate prices, the vehicle was competitively priced, and there were no surprises when it came to fees or paperwork. One thing that really stood out to me was Fred's attitude toward a pre-purchase inspection. Not only was he completely supportive of having the vehicle independently inspected, but when the inspection identified a couple of minor items, he immediately took steps to address them. That gave me confidence that he stands behind the vehicles he sells and genuinely wants customers to be satisfied with their purchase. As a woman shopping for a vehicle on my own, I also appreciated that Fred never talked down to me, made assumptions about my knowledge, or tried to overwhelm me with jargon. He answered my questions directly and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but this was one of the most positive car-buying experiences I've had. When it's time for another vehicle, Sport Center Imports will be one of my first stops.
