BEST car shopping experience we have ever had. The customer service was outstanding! Really exceptional interaction from the first time the sales person John Adams returned my call. John was so easy going and accommodating to our hectic (at-the-moment) life. John was patient, never pushy. We are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased from John at Carzignment and especially impressed with his/their customer service. Would definitely turn to them again when we need another vehicle.

I will never buy a car from a regular dealership again. My entire experience at Carzignment was phenomenal—it was the smoothest, easiest, and most convenient car buying process I have ever experienced. I felt like Virginia was my personal shopper, friend, and concierge all rolled into one. She did it all! She loaned me the car overnight to see if I liked it, and she worked out all of the details behind the scenes. The next day, I told her I wanted to move forward and purchase the car, and we were able to take care of most of the arrangements electronically. I cannot recommend Carzignment enough—impeccable service, attention to detail, honest, ethical, fair, knowledgeable, etc. I was seriously wowed by how easy and streamlined this entire process was, and it never once felt like she was a salesperson simply trying to sell me something—only provide with me the best car, the best price, and the best service. It seriously changed my entire perception of the car buying experience—bc even with the best salespeople buying (and looking for a car) is still a fairly tedious and time-consuming process. I had an excellent experience purchasing a car with Carzignment. Virginia was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, even suggesting financing institutions that had great customer service and interest rates from personal history. The experience was efficient and zero-stress. The documentation necessary for financing was provided almost immediately and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly. They clearly have their heart in the idea of putting good people in great cars at the most reasonable prices. I highly recommend. It doesn't hurt that, Symes, the CEO, is absolutely adorable and cannot get enough customer interaction.

Virginia was great to work with while purchasing our vehicle. It was a quick and efficient experience. We ended up having an issue at the DMV when registering the vehicle, which she took care of promptly and even sent a personal note apologizing for the inconvenience. Great service and great personal touches. Will most certainly recommend Carzignment to anyone searching for a vehicle to purchase.
