2021 Malibu purchased 45dys ago and since 1wk after getting the car we've been getting the run and sent back and forth to Mitsubishi to have it fixed but apparently the warranty that Carrboxx advised us to buy for this reason barely covers anything. The headlights went out the night we got the vehicle instantly called them they said take it to Mitsubishi on Airport, cool only problem is they said the entire car needs rewiring and the headlights don't go on the car, the wiring was redone in order to rig up the headlights. Fast forward to wk 2 the car is push to start and also has an auto stop feature. As I was sitting at a red light I turned the ac off and the entire car cuts off, I call them they said they called Mitsubishi and to take it to them, get over there and the ppl have zero clue what we're talking about because Carrboxx never called them. Week 3 and now the car won't cut off, eventhough itself in park and says so on the dash the car is not registering to gear any won't cut off. We take the car back and say trade it or refund, they say no no take it to Mitsubishi, we go there they have the car for 9hrs then call to pick up but guess what Carboxx only you'd them about the headlights. So for 9hrs they were trying to fix the lights and still couldn't fix them. When asked about the other problems they never in knew and asked who was paying?? At which point we're confused cos obviously we bought a warranty. Now we're done done and call the finance company who says to take the car back for a trade in or our $1200 back. Here we are 45dys later still in dispute with Terrance who isn't even the person we signed with, they won't tell us anything about the guy who we made the purchase from, they won't trade it in or refund which we've been asking for since literally a wk after getting the car and they won't even do what the finance company says to do. Terrance is blocking numbers and hiding, he won't even attempt to try and fix the situation and is getting an attitude when they're clearly in the wrong. They sold us a warranty and are saying they don't even know what it covers but said it was bumber to bumber when we got the car. Nothing but problems and they could care less, talking about the car has to be kept for at least a year it's not going to last a year, as of recently it feels like the transmission is slipping as well.

Sold my sons a car with no proper sales contract. Got a copy of the the sales contract that was forged and even had different dates from the paperwork given. Do not buy from this place. We are trying to get in touch with their legal department and general manager but no one will answer or respond. I advise everyone to look over their paperwork and make sure it wasn't forged. So far we have found over a dozen people this has happened too.

Don't trust them they put my daughter in a car she drove it for 2 months and then they took it back and sent her home in a Uber because one of their employees didn't know what they was doing i think they should have worked something out instead of leaving a mother of 2 and taking care of her parents without transportation shame on you God is watching you car box- Mary Hardmon
